Fronts are printed in high-resolution CMYK and sealed with either a gloss film for a bright, punchy look or a satin/matt film to reduce glare on stage or under exhibition lighting. Metal backs are corrosion-resistant with a smooth crimp for comfort.
Backing options
Traditional safety pin backs are secure and cost-effective. Magnet backs are great for suits and uniforms where you want to avoid fabric punctures; they are not suitable where magnets are restricted. Artwork and colour management
Vector files in PDF, AI or SVG give the sharpest results; high-resolution PNGs at 300 dpi also work. Keep essential text within the safe area, allow bleed to the edge and avoid very fine hairlines. Production, packing and logistics
Pins are pressed on calibrated machines and checked at three stages for print accuracy, crimp quality and back alignment. We pack in recyclable boxes with counted bundles, or mount on branded cards inside protective sleeves for retail.
