  We advise on dwell time, drying and best pad type to keep impressions sharp and smudge-free.

Sizes, shapes and detail

Round, square or rectangular dies from 10 mm minis to 70–90 mm large formats. Pre-inked bodies capture fine lines (legal text, micro-logos, QR codes). For packaging, we recommend bolder artwork and higher contrast for visibility on kraft.

Artwork guidelines

Send vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) or 300 dpi PNG. Keep text ≥6 pt for self-inking and ≥5 pt for pre-inked. Provide 1–2 mm clear margin inside the die edge. We can add keylines, tighten kerning and convert colours to mono for best contrast. Need help? Our studio prepares a free proof with scale and preview.

Care and longevity

Store pads sealed, re-ink with compatible fluids only, and stamp on a firm, flat surface. Clean the die lightly if fibres build up (especially on kraft). With proper care, self-inking bodies deliver thousands of impressions before re-inking.

Sustainability options

Bodies in recycled plastic, wooden handles from responsibly sourced timber, paper packaging and low-VOC inks where suitable. Stamps replace one-use stickers and reduce material waste in fulfilment.
